Fort Covington is a census-designated place (CDP) located in the town of Fort Covington in Franklin County, New York, United States. The population was 823 at the 2020 census.

The CDP is situated in the northern part of the town of Fort Covington, near the Canada–United States border. It is bordered to the north by the international boundary and the province of Quebec.
