Everyday Life is the eighth studio album by British rock band Coldplay, released on November 22, 2019, by Parlophone. It is a double album, divided into two parts titled Sunrise and Sunset.
Background and Composition
The album marked a significant departure from Coldplay's previous electronic and pop-oriented sounds, incorporating elements of gospel, blues, Middle Eastern, and classical music. Despite this, the album debuted at number one in the UK and the US, becoming Coldplay's eighth consecutive number-one album in the UK.
