Elmer Miller (pitcher)
Elmer Miller (born July 21, 1913, in New Athens, Illinois; died June 2, 2000, in Belleville, Illinois) was a professional baseball pitcher who played briefly in Major League Baseball (MLB).
Miller played for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1937. He appeared in 13 games, all in relief, pitching a total of 21 innings. He had a win-loss record of 0-1 and an earned run average (ERA) of 6.86. He gave up 21 hits, 16 earned runs, and struck out 6 batters. His MLB debut was on April 24, 1937, and his last MLB game was on June 25, 1937.
