Dornstedt
Dornstedt is a village and a former municipality in the Saalekreis district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since 1 January 2010, it is part of the town Querfurt. Dornstedt is situated approximately 10 km west of Halle (Saale). Historically, the area was primarily agricultural. The village's name likely originates from a Germanic origin, although the precise etymology is debated. Dornstedt has a church, which serves as a central landmark.
