Dorada (game)
Dorada, also known as Golden, is a matching puzzle game centered around discovering and connecting adjacent tiles of the same color to clear them from the game board. The core mechanic involves selecting a tile and then dragging a line to connect it with other identical, orthogonally adjacent tiles. The goal is generally to achieve a target score or clear a certain number of tiles within a limited number of moves or a time limit.
Gameplay often includes:
- Tile Matching: Connecting adjacent tiles of the same color.
- Scoring: Points awarded based on the number of tiles connected in a single move. Longer chains typically yield higher scores.
- Level Progression: Increasing difficulty as the player advances through levels, often introducing new tile colors or obstacles.
- Power-ups: Special tiles or abilities that can be used to clear large numbers of tiles or overcome challenges.
- Limited Moves/Time: Restrictions on the number of moves the player can make or the amount of time they have to complete a level.
