David Myers (Indiana judge)

David Myers is an Indiana appellate judge. He currently serves on the Indiana Court of Appeals, having been appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb in 2022.

Prior to his appointment to the Court of Appeals, Myers served as a judge on the Allen County Superior Court in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for over 20 years. During his tenure on the Superior Court, he presided over a wide variety of cases, including civil, criminal, and family law matters. He was also involved in various court administration initiatives.

Judge Myers received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He previously worked in private practice before becoming a judge. He is involved in various legal and community organizations within Indiana. His areas of judicial interest include appellate law, evidence, and judicial ethics.
