Charles Cooper (cricketer)
Charles Cooper (born 1852, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire in 1877.
Cooper was born in Alfreton, Derbyshire. He made his debut for Derbyshire in the 1877 season against Lancashire when he scored 1 and 0, and did not bowl. His next match was against Nottinghamshire, in which he scored 6 and 2, and again did not bowl. In his third and final match, against Kent, he scored 1 and 4 and took a catch. Cooper was a right-handed batsman and played three matches for Derbyshire with a top score of 6 and an average of 2.33.
