Central District (Alborz County)

The Central District (Alborz County) is one of the three districts (bakhsh) in Alborz County, Alborz Province, Iran. Its administrative center is the city of Hashtgerd.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 37,851 in 9,967 households.

The Central District contains two rural districts (dehestan): Chendar Rural District and Tankaman Rural District.
