Parachute (band)

Parachute is an American pop-rock band from Charlottesville, Virginia, United States. Originally formed as Sparky's Flaw in 2002 while the members were still in high school, the band rebranded as Parachute in 2007.

The band is primarily known for its hit singles "She (For Liz)" (as Sparky's Flaw) and later, "Kiss Me Slowly," "The Mess I Made," and "Can't Help."

Parachute's lineup consists of Will Anderson (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Johnny Stubblefield (drums), Chris "Kit" French (saxophone, keyboard), and Alex Hargrave (bass guitar). They have released several studio albums, including Losing Sleep (2009), The Way It Was (2011), Overnight (2013), and Wide Awake (2016). Their music blends elements of pop, rock, and soul.
