Callicoon is a census-designated place (CDP) located within the Town of Delaware in Sullivan County, New York, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population of the CDP was 207. Callicoon is situated on the Delaware River, which forms the border between New York and Pennsylvania.

The hamlet of Callicoon, which is the central part of the CDP, has a long history as a transportation hub, initially serving as a key point on the Delaware and Hudson Canal. Later, the Erie Railroad passed through the area, contributing to its growth. The name "Callicoon" is believed to be derived from a corruption of the name of a local Native American chieftain, "Kallikoon."

Callicoon is known for its historic architecture, particularly within the hamlet. The Callicoon Creek Park provides public access to the Delaware River for recreation.
