Cahaignes

Cahaignes is a commune in the Eure department in the Normandy region of France. It is situated approximately 70 kilometers (43 miles) northwest of Paris. The area is primarily rural, characterized by agricultural land and small villages. Cahaignes is part of the Canton of Les Andelys. The inhabitants are known as Cahaignais(es). Historical records for Cahaignes may be found in departmental archives and local historical societies. Its economy is mainly agricultural.
