Boaz Huss

Boaz Huss (born 1960) is an Israeli scholar of Kabbalah and Jewish thought. He is a professor in the Department of Jewish Thought at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. His research focuses on the history of Kabbalah, particularly its modern and contemporary developments, including its relationship to New Age spirituality, esotericism, and the occult. Huss is also known for his work on the Zohar and on Gershom Scholem, the foundational figure in the academic study of Jewish mysticism.
