Black Pearl (South Korean group)
Black Pearl (블랙펄) was a South Korean girl group formed by Core Contents Media (now MBK Entertainment) in 2007. The group consisted of four members: Navi, Hwi-eun, Young-mi, and Mi-ka.
They debuted on July 23, 2007, with the single "Finally..." (좋은 걸 어떡해), which was featured on the soundtrack of the drama "The Devil That Pities the Fool" (마왕). The song showcased their strong vocal abilities and garnered some attention.
However, despite their initial debut, Black Pearl did not release any further singles or albums. The group gradually faded from the public eye, and no official disbandment announcement was ever made. The members pursued individual activities in various fields, including solo singing and acting.
Due to their short-lived career and limited releases, Black Pearl remains a relatively obscure group in K-pop history. Their debut single is their most recognized work.
