Al-Ja'di

Al-Ja'di was a 9th-century Islamic scholar, mathematician, and astronomer who lived during the Abbasid Caliphate. Few biographical details about Al-Ja'di are known. He is primarily remembered for his work in translating and commenting on Greek mathematical and astronomical texts. His contributions played a role in preserving and transmitting classical knowledge to the Islamic world and subsequently to Europe.
