Jesús Fernández (basketball)

Jesús Fernández (born April 4, 1986) is a Spanish professional basketball player who last played for Carplus Fuenlabrada of the Spanish Liga ACB. Primarily a center, he has also played as a power forward.

Fernández began his professional career with CB Illescas in 2004. He then moved to Plus Pujol Lleida in 2006, before joining Alta Gestión Fuenlabrada in 2008. He played for Real Madrid from 2009 to 2011, winning the Copa del Rey in 2011. He subsequently played for Estudiantes (2011-2013), and returned to Fuenlabrada in 2013.

Fernández has also represented the Spanish national team at various youth levels. He was a member of the senior Spanish national team that competed at the 2010 FIBA World Championship, where Spain finished sixth.
