Aberdeenshire North and Moray East (UK Parliament constituency)

Aberdeenshire North and Moray East is a constituency of the House of Commons of the UK Parliament, created for the 2024 general election following a review by the Boundary Commission for Scotland. It largely replaces the former Banff and Buchan constituency, with some areas transferred from Moray.

The constituency covers the northern parts of Aberdeenshire, including towns such as Peterhead, Fraserburgh, and Turriff, as well as the easternmost portion of the Moray council area. It is primarily a rural constituency with a significant presence of fishing, agriculture, and increasingly, renewable energy industries.

The constituency boundaries were determined based on the 2023 review by the Boundary Commission for Scotland, which aimed to reduce the number of Scottish constituencies from 59 to 57 and equalize the population size of each constituency.
