2018 Scottish Open (snooker)

The 2018 Scottish Open was a professional ranking snooker tournament that took place from December 10 to 16, 2018, at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland. It was the eighth ranking event of the 2018/2019 snooker season and the third of the Home Nations Series.

Ronnie O'Sullivan won the tournament, defeating Cao Yupeng 9–2 in the final. It was O'Sullivan's 34th ranking title, equalling the record previously held by Stephen Hendry. The highest break of the tournament was 142, made by Gary Wilson.

The event featured 128 players, with all professionals on the World Snooker Tour participating. The tournament was broadcast live on Eurosport.
