1992 Masters (snooker)

The 1992 Benson & Hedges Masters was a professional non-ranking snooker tournament that took place between 2 and 9 February 1992 at the Wembley Conference Centre in London, England. It was the eighteenth edition of the Masters tournament.

Steve Davis won the tournament, defeating Stephen Hendry 9–4 in the final. This was Davis's third Masters title, having previously won in 1988 and 1989. He also became the first player to successfully defend the title since Cliff Thorburn in 1986.

Jimmy White made the highest break of the tournament, a 139, during his first-round match against Tony Drago. The total prize fund was £300,000 with the winner receiving £80,000.

The event featured the top 16 players in the world rankings, along with two wild card entrants. The wild card places were awarded to Tony Knowles and Willie Thorne.
