1968–69 Allsvenskan (men's handball)

The 1968–69 Allsvenskan was the 35th season of the Allsvenskan, the highest level of men's handball league competition in Sweden. Hellas won the league title and qualified for the European Cup. IK Heim and IF Saab finished 2nd and 3rd respectively. IF Guif and Västra Frölunda IF were relegated.

The Allsvenskan consisted of ten teams playing a double round-robin format, resulting in each team playing 18 matches. The team with the most points at the end of the season was crowned champion. The bottom two teams were relegated to lower divisions.
