X Factor (Italian TV series) season 8 was the eighth season of the Italian version of the reality television talent show X Factor. It aired on Sky Uno from September 18, 2014, to December 11, 2014. The season was hosted by Alessandro Cattelan.

The judging panel consisted of:

• Fedez (returning for his first season)
• Victoria Cabello (new judge)
• Mika (returning for his second season)
• Morgan (returning for his fifth season)

The winner of the season was Lorenzo Fragola.
