Words & Music (Planxty album)

Words & Music is the fourth studio album by the Irish folk group Planxty. It was released in 1983. The album marked a reunion for the band after a period of inactivity, and saw the return of original members Christy Moore and Dónal Lunny, who had both pursued solo careers in the intervening years. Musically, the album built upon the band's established sound, blending traditional Irish tunes with contemporary influences and original compositions.
