Time Bomb (1994 film)
Time Bomb is a 1994 American science fiction action film directed by Avi Nesher and starring Michael Biehn, Patsy Kensit, and Richard Jordan. The film revolves around a seemingly ordinary watchmaker, Eddie Kay, who discovers he is a sleeper agent with a past he can't remember and a potentially deadly activation trigger.
The plot follows Eddie as he begins to experience strange blackouts and violent episodes, eventually realizing that he is being manipulated by shadowy figures linked to a government conspiracy. He teams up with a mysterious woman, also connected to his past, to uncover the truth about his identity and the nature of his programming.
The film is characterized by its fast-paced action sequences, a focus on paranoia and government control, and exploration of themes of identity and free will. While not a major critical success, Time Bomb is considered a cult film by some for its B-movie sensibilities and Michael Biehn's performance. It features elements of science fiction, action thriller, and psychological drama.
