Gila (TV series)

Gila is a Philippine television drama anthology series broadcast on GMA Network. The series premiered on February 14, 2000, replacing Rio Del Mar. It concluded on May 11, 2001, with a total of 65 episodes.

The series features different stories of love, betrayal, and revenge. Each episode or set of episodes focuses on a different character, Gila, portrayed by a different actress. The anthology format allows for a diverse range of narratives and acting performances. The title "Gila," a Tagalog word often used to describe someone who is wild, untamed, or possibly even mad, reflects the dramatic and often over-the-top nature of the stories presented.
