These Are the Days (Lit album)

These Are the Days is the third studio album by American rock band Lit. It was released on April 17, 2001, by RCA Records. While still rooted in the band's power pop sensibilities, the album saw Lit experimenting with a broader range of musical styles, including more electronic and alternative influences, differentiating it from their breakthrough album, A Place in the Sun.
