The Show-Off is a 1926 American silent comedy film directed by Malcolm St. Clair and starring Ford Sterling, Lois Wilson, and Clara Bow. Based on the 1924 play of the same name by George Kelly, it tells the story of Aubrey Piper, a boastful and often dishonest man who marries into a respectable middle-class family and disrupts their lives with his irresponsible behavior and grandiose claims of success.
