Suchý Důl

Suchý Důl is a village and municipality in the Trutnov District of the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It is located approximately 15 kilometers northeast of Trutnov, near the border with Poland.

The name translates to "Dry Mine" in English.

The municipality covers an area of approximately 9.82 square kilometers and, as of 2023, has a population of around 400. The village is primarily residential, with agriculture playing a minor role. The surrounding landscape is characterized by rolling hills and forests.

Historically, the area was part of the Kingdom of Bohemia and later Czechoslovakia. Following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia in 1993, it became part of the Czech Republic.
