Steven Pressman (economist)

Steven Pressman is an American economist known for his contributions to post-Keynesian economics, particularly in the areas of income distribution, economic methodology, and teaching economics. He is a Professor Emeritus of Economics and Finance at Monmouth University in New Jersey, where he taught for many years.

Pressman received his Ph.D. in Economics from the New School for Social Research. His scholarly work includes books and articles addressing various aspects of economic theory and policy. He has written extensively on the history of economic thought, especially concerning Keynesian and post-Keynesian perspectives.
