St. Paul's Episcopal Church Complex is a historic Episcopal church complex located in Patchogue, Suffolk County, New York. The complex consists of the church, rectory, parish hall, and cemetery. The church, constructed in 1842 and significantly altered in 1886 and again circa 1916, is a wood-framed structure exhibiting Gothic Revival architectural elements. Its features include pointed-arch windows, a steeply pitched roof, and a prominent bell tower.

The rectory, built in 1850, is a two-story, wood-frame residence demonstrating elements of Italianate architecture. The parish hall, constructed in 1915, is a Tudor Revival style building that complements the overall aesthetic of the complex.

The adjacent cemetery contains burials dating back to the mid-19th century and provides insight into the history of the church and the Patchogue community. The cemetery is the final resting place of prominent local figures.
