Silsden

Silsden is a town and civil parish in the Craven district of North Yorkshire, England. It is situated on the River Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, approximately 6 miles (10 km) north of Keighley and 1 mile (1.6 km) from Addingham.

History: Silsden's history dates back to the Iron Age, and there is evidence of Roman activity in the area.
