Shadows and Light (Charlie Major album)

Shadows and Light is the second studio album by Canadian country music artist Charlie Major. It was released in 1994 on BMG Music Canada. The album spawned four singles: "I'm Gonna Drive You Out of My Mind," "Nobody Gets Out of This Town Alive," "When I Lost You," and "A Brand New Me," all of which charted on the RPM Country Tracks chart in Canada. The album continued Major's success, building on the momentum of his debut. It is considered a quintessential album in Canadian 1990s country music. The title reflects themes of both hardship and hope present in the songs.
