Sauherad

Sauherad is a former municipality in Telemark county, Norway. It was merged into the municipality of Midt-Telemark on January 1, 2020.

Geography: Sauherad was located in the traditional region of Øvre Telemark. The landscape is characterized by rolling hills, forests, and agricultural land. The Heddalsvatnet lake formed a significant part of its western boundary.
