Robert Taylor (cricketer, born 1873)
Robert Taylor (born 1873, date and place of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire between 1894 and 1906.
Taylor was a right-handed batsman. He made his debut for Derbyshire in the 1894 season and played 12 matches in that season. He generally played in the lower order and was a useful batsman. He made his top score of 69 in the 1895 season against Hampshire. In the 1896 season he played 24 matches, and in the 1897 season, he played 20 matches. After 1897 he played more sporadically, with his last match in the 1906 season.
