Reckoning (TV series)

Reckoning is an American thriller crime drama television series that premiered on October 23, 2019, on Netflix internationally and on USA Network in the United States. The series revolves around two men battling inner demons, connected by a series of murders in a quiet suburban town. Mike Serrato is a seasoned homicide detective haunted by the unsolved murder of his wife years ago. Leo Doyle is a well-respected guidance counselor and family man, secretly harboring a dark and violent alter ego linked to the crimes.

The series explores the psychological toll of violence, both on the perpetrators and those left to clean up the aftermath. It examines themes of guilt, redemption, and the hidden darkness that can lurk beneath seemingly normal facades.

Reckoning was created by David Hubbard. The principal cast includes Aden Young as Mike Serrato and Sam Trammell as Leo Doyle. The first and only season consists of ten episodes. The series was not renewed for a second season.
