Prymno

Prymno was one of the Oceanids, the three thousand daughters of the Titans Oceanus and Tethys in Greek mythology. Oceanids were nymphs, each a patron of a spring, river, sea, lake, pond, or other body of water. Prymno is often associated with the sea or ocean. She is listed among the Oceanids in Hesiod's Theogony. While no specific myths or extensive narratives feature Prymno prominently, her existence as an Oceanid highlights the vast and diverse nature of the ancient Greek understanding of the natural world and the personified spirits believed to inhabit it.
