Prenteg

Prenteg is a village in Gwynedd, Wales. It is located approximately 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Porthmadog. Historically, Prenteg was a small, rural community. The Welsh language is commonly spoken in the area. The village lies within the civil community of Dolbenmaen. Local amenities are limited but can be found in nearby Porthmadog and other larger settlements. The area surrounding Prenteg is predominantly agricultural.
