Porta Venezia (Milan Metro)

Porta Venezia is a station on the Milan Metro, serving Line M1 (Red Line). It is located in the Piazzale Porta Venezia, a major square in Milan, Italy, named after the historical city gate that once stood there.

The station opened on November 1, 1964, as part of the inaugural section of the M1 line between Lotto and Sesto Marelli.
