Parkwoods is a neighbourhood located in the North York district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is situated north of Highway 401, south of Finch Avenue East, east of Don Mills Road, and west of Victoria Park Avenue. Primarily a residential area, Parkwoods features a mix of housing types, including detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhouses, and apartment buildings.
The neighbourhood is known for its many parks and green spaces, which contribute to its suburban feel. These parks include but are not limited to, Brookbanks Park, Lynedock Park, and the extensive Betty Sutherland Trail Park, which follows the Don River.
