Nippes

Nippes is a borough (Stadtbezirk) of Cologne, Germany. It is located on the left bank of the Rhine and is known for its diverse neighbourhoods, industrial history, and vibrant cultural scene.

Nippes itself, the central district of the borough, is a popular shopping and residential area, known for its weekly market on Wilhelmplatz. The borough as a whole offers a range of amenities including parks, schools, and cultural institutions. The Cologne Zoo is located in Nippes, as is the Flora, a botanical garden.
