Muhammed Anas
Muhammed Anas Yahiya (born September 17, 1994) is an Indian sprinter who specializes in the 400 metres. He holds the Indian national record in the event with a time of 45.24 seconds. He represented India at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, participating in the 400m and the 4x400m relay events.
Anas is part of the Indian 4 × 400 metres relay team that won the silver medal at the 2018 Asian Games. He has also won medals at the Asian Athletics Championships and other international competitions. He was conferred with the Arjuna Award in 2019 by the Government of India for his achievements in athletics.
