Moyosi

Moyosi is a genus of South American dwarf spiders in the family Linyphiidae. These tiny spiders are known to be found primarily in rainforest habitats. Characteristics of Moyosi spiders include their small size, specific eye arrangements, and subtle variations in carapace and leg spination that differentiate them from other linyphiid genera. The taxonomic classification of Moyosi has been subject to revision as new species are discovered and phylogenetic analyses are performed. Currently, only a few species are recognized within the genus, but the limited collection efforts in their native ranges suggest that many more species could potentially exist.
