Mike McKenna (ice hockey)

Mike McKenna (born April 8, 1983) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender and media personality. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for several teams, including the Tampa Bay Lightning, New Jersey Devils, Columbus Blue Jackets, Arizona Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers, Ottawa Senators, and Vancouver Canucks.

McKenna was known for his journeyman career, playing for numerous NHL and American Hockey League (AHL) teams. He was drafted by the Nashville Predators in the sixth round, 172nd overall, of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

Before turning professional, McKenna played college hockey at St. Lawrence University. He was named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team multiple times.

Throughout his professional career, McKenna was recognized for his work ethic and professionalism. After retiring from professional hockey, he transitioned to a career in sports media, working as an analyst and commentator.
