Show (The Cure album)
Show is a live album by the English alternative rock band The Cure, released in 1993. It was recorded at The Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan over two nights in July 1992 during their Wish tour.
The album features a selection of tracks from throughout The Cure's career up to that point, with a particular emphasis on songs from their then-current album, Wish. It also includes popular singles, fan favorites, and deeper cuts from their back catalog.
Show was released in multiple formats, including a double-CD and a VHS/Laserdisc concert film. The concert film features performances not included on the audio album.
The album achieved commercial success, reaching the Top 10 in several countries, including the UK and the United States. It was generally well-received by critics, who praised the band's energetic performance and the quality of the recording. While some criticized the track selection for omitting certain popular songs, Show is generally considered a worthwhile live document of The Cure at the peak of their popularity during the Wish era.
