Migueli

Migueli (born Miguel Bernardo Bianquetti on December 19, 1951, in Ceuta, Spain) is a Spanish retired footballer who played primarily as a central defender. He is best known for his long and successful career with FC Barcelona.

Migueli spent the majority of his professional career at FC Barcelona, joining the club in 1973 and remaining until his retirement in 1989. He made over 500 official appearances for the club, a record at the time and currently placing him high on the list of all-time appearance makers for Barcelona. Known for his strength, aerial ability, and uncompromising style of play, he earned the nickname "Tarzan" from the Barcelona fans.

During his time at Barcelona, Migueli won numerous titles, including two La Liga titles (1973-74, 1984-85), four Copa del Rey titles (1977-78, 1980-81, 1982-83, 1987-88), and two UEFA Cup Winners' Cups (1978-79, 1981-82). He was also a member of the Spain national team, earning over 30 caps and representing his country in the 1978 and 1982 FIFA World Cups.

After retiring from professional football, Migueli remained connected to FC Barcelona in various capacities. He is considered a club legend and is often remembered for his dedication, passion, and contribution to the team's success during his era.
