Michael Ferguson (Connecticut politician)

Michael Ferguson is an American politician from Connecticut. He served as a Republican member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing the 138th district, which encompasses parts of Danbury, New Fairfield, and Ridgefield.

Ferguson was first elected in 2020, defeating incumbent Kenneth Gucker. His legislative priorities included fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, and supporting local businesses. He served on several committees in the House, including the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee.

Prior to his political career, Ferguson worked in the private sector. He holds a degree in finance. He did not seek re-election in 2022.
