Mary Wiseman (judge)

Mary Wiseman is a British judge currently serving as a High Court judge in England and Wales. She was appointed to the High Court on 11 January 2019, assigned to the Queen's Bench Division. Prior to her appointment, she was a barrister specializing in employment law and public law, practicing from Old Square Chambers.

Wiseman was called to the Bar in 1984 and took silk (became a Queen's Counsel) in 2006. Her experience at the Bar encompassed a wide range of employment law issues, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, and contractual disputes.
