LeRoy (automobile)

The LeRoy was an American automobile manufactured in Alma, Michigan, from 1909 to 1910 by the LeRoy Motor Company. The company, headed by John LeRoy, produced a limited number of high-wheeled motor buggies, also known as "buggyauts". These vehicles were designed for rural roads and were advertised as simple, reliable, and affordable. The LeRoy typically featured a two-cylinder engine and a basic, open body design. Production ceased after a short period due to financial difficulties. The LeRoy automobile is considered a rare and relatively obscure example of the early high-wheeler automotive era.
