Larry Black (American football)
Larry Black (born August 2, 1989, in Cincinnati, Ohio; died March 23, 2013, in Cincinnati, Ohio) was an American football defensive lineman.
Black played college football at Indiana University. He was a four-year letterman and a standout player for the Hoosiers.
After college, Black signed as an undrafted free agent with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2012. He played in four games for the Bengals during the 2012 NFL season. He recorded one tackle.
Black died unexpectedly in 2013 at the age of 23. The cause of death was ruled a pulmonary embolism. He is remembered as a talented athlete and a respected teammate.
