Larissa Anderson (softball)

Larissa Anderson is an American college softball coach. She is currently the head coach of the Missouri Tigers softball team.

Anderson was named the head coach at Missouri on May 26, 2018, replacing Ehren Earleywine. Prior to her tenure at Missouri, she served as the head coach at Hofstra University for 17 seasons, from 2002 to 2018. During her time at Hofstra, she compiled a record of 683-297-3, leading the Pride to 11 NCAA Tournament appearances and 10 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) championships. She was named CAA Coach of the Year eight times.

At Missouri, Anderson has continued to build a successful program. She has led the Tigers to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and has consistently ranked them among the top teams in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Her coaching philosophy emphasizes player development, both on and off the field.
