LP (singer)
LP (born Laura Pergolizzi, March 18, 1981) is an American singer and songwriter. LP is known for their distinctive androgynous style, powerful vocals, and songwriting credits for numerous popular artists.
LP gained prominence as a songwriter, penning hits for artists such as Rihanna ("Cheers (Drink to That)"), Christina Aguilera ("Beautiful People"), Rita Ora ("Shine Ya Light"), and the Backstreet Boys ("Love Will Keep You Up All Night"). They also co-wrote songs for Celine Dion, Cher, and Joe Walsh, among others.
