Kenneth Dixon (American football)

Kenneth Dixon (born January 21, 1994) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Louisiana Tech University, where he became the school's all-time leading rusher and scorer.

College Career

Dixon played for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs from 2012 to 2015. He was a four-year starter and holds numerous school records, including career rushing yards (5,393), career rushing touchdowns (72), career total touchdowns (79), and career points scored (474). He was named a first-team All-Conference USA selection in 2014 and 2015.

Professional Career

Dixon was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round (134th overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft. He played for the Ravens in 2016 and 2018, missing the 2017 season due to injury. He was released by the Ravens in 2019. He also had brief stints with the New York Jets in 2019 and the XFL's Los Angeles Wildcats in 2020. His NFL career was hampered by injuries.
